Squat Article for the Australian Fitness Network


A recent article I wrote for the Australian Fitness Network leading up to my 2 presentations at the upcoming FILEX fitness convention in Sydney:

If you program narrow stance squats for clients (feet placed approximately hip-width apart), you probably do so in order to elicit a greater training effect for the quads.
