On this episode of the Fit Pro Podcast I jumped on the phone with Josh Henkin. Josh is the creator of the Ultimate Sandbag, as well as developing the Dynamic Variable Resistance Training program. He is based out of Arizona and has a very diverse background in the fitness field. We covered the emergence of functional training and where that has led the fitness profession, smart programming for group training, as well as delving into the sling system (or what a lot of people know as Anatomy Trains).
